Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k objasnění problematiky provozování pohybových aktivit ve volném čase u žen ve věku 30 ? 40 let v okrese Ústí nad Labem. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to the issues about sport activities in Ústí nad Labem. The women in age between 30 and 40 years are selected as a target group. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on evolution conditions of the selected group evaluated from the biological and psychological point of view.
