Abstract:
Cílem mé práce bylo přiblížit čtenářům projekt,,Gastronomie bez hranic" ,,Projektová výuka", které jsme vytvořily společně s mými kolegy a snažily se tímto přispět k rozšíření profesních znalostí našich žáků.Dofám, že se mi podařilo využít svých praxí získaných zkušeností a poznatků k tomu, aby u žáků došlo během spolupráce v mezinárodním týmu k získání nadstandardních zkušeností.
