Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat přehled o markerech kostního obratu. Co jsou, jejich rozdělení, jaký je jejich klinický význam a seznámit se s možnostmi stanovení. Dalším úkolem bylo porovnat a vyhodnotit stanovení koncentrace markeru kostní resorpce karboxyterminálního telopeptidu kolagenu typu I CTx dvěma imunochemickými metodami. An objective of this bachelor´s work was giving summary of bone turnover markers. What their meanings are, their division, their clinical meaning as well as introducing with possibilities of determinations.
