Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je Inventarizace černých skládek v CHKO Labské pískovce, které se nalézají v Ústeckém kraji. Literární rešerše je zaměřena na problematiku odpadů. Zde se charakterizuje pojem odpad a uvádí se nakládání s odpady se zaměřením na skládkování. Další částí literární rešerše je legislativa odpadového hospodářství. Popisuje se tu vývoj legislativy a přechází se k současné legislativě na území ČR i v EU. Další kapitola je už věnována konkrétní lokalitě, tedy CHKO Labské pískovce. Je zde uvedena charakteristika území, jako je vymezení oblasti, geomorfologie, hydrologie, ochrana přírody. Do této části jsou také zahrnuty skládky a sběrné dvory v zájmové lokalitě. Vlastní práce je tvořena inventarizací černých skládek v CHKO Labské pískovce v letech 2011 až 2012. Po provedení terénního průzkumu a fotodokumentace jsou jednotlivé skládky označeny a u každé z nich je uvedena velikost skládky, GPS, umístění skládky, katastrální číslo a složení odpadů. Na základě získaných informací jsou v programu GIS vytvořeny mapové podklady pro lepší orientaci na území. Na závěr práce jsou zjištěné výsledky předány příslušným úřadům. Také je zde uveden návrh na opatření proti vzniku černých skládek a postup při jejich odstraňování.

Abstract:

The target of my thesis is inventorying of illegal waste disposals in the area of Nature reservation of Labské Pískovce /Elbe Sandstones/, located in the district of Ústí. Literary research has been aimed at the problematics of waste. In this part, a term waste has been characterized as well as waste management in relation to creating of disposals. Other part of my search has been dedicated to legislation of waste management. In this part, development of legislation has been described as well as current laws and decrees in the CR and EU. Other chapter has been aimed at the area of my interest ? nature reservation of Labské Pískovce. Terms like determination of area, geomorfology, hydrology, nature conservation have been used to characterize the area. Waste disposals and waste collecting yards have been included in this area of my interest as well. Inventorying of illegal waste disposals in the area of Labské Pískovce in the years of 2011-2012 has made the content of my thesis. Having made a ground research and photorecords, single waste disposals have been marked and each of them has received following characteristics: size of disposal, GPS, location of disposal, land registry number and consistence of waste. On the basis of these information, map data for better orientation in the area have been created in the programme of GIS. At the end of my thesis all conclusions and findings have been handed over to relevant authorities. Measures against formation of illegal waste disposals and process to remove them have been stated here.
