Využití e-learningu ve firemní sféře

Abstract:

E-learning je moderní forma vzdělávání nejen žáků na základních a středních školách, studentů na vysokých školách, ale v posledních letech se začíná rozšiřovat i do firemní sféry. Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na dva odlišné sektory ekonomiky a to na státní a soukromý. Státní sektor je zastoupen nejmenovaným městským úřadem v jižních Čechách a soukromý dealerem vozů společnosti Volvo, a.s. firmou Václav Cimbůrek CIVA trans. V práci se snažím nalézt odpověď pomocí kvantitativných a kvalitativních metod výzkumu, zda se využití e-learningu v těchto sektorech ekonomiky liší, či jestli implementace e-learningu závisí na genderovém rozdělení zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

E-learning is not only a modern form of education of pupils in primary and secondary schools, students in universities, but in recent years is beginning to expand in corporate sector. In my thesis, I focused on two different sectors of the economy and on state and private. The state sector is represented by an unnamed town in southern Bohemia and private dealer of Volvo cars, as by Vaclav Cimburek CIVA trans. At work I try to find the answer using quantitative and qualitative research methods, whether the use of e-learning in these different sectors of the economy, or whether the implementation of e-learning depends on the gender distribution of employees.
