Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti sociálně-patologických jevů. Zabývá se sociálními normami ve společnosti, faktory zvyšujícími rozvoj poruch chování, sociálně-právní ochranou dětí a mládeže. The diploma thesis in its first part deals with the definition of the basic concepts from the area of social pathological phenomena. It describes the social normes in the society, factors increasing the development of dystropies, social and legal protection of children and youngsters.
