Anotácia Cieľom tejto záverečnej bakalárskej práce je pohľad na sociálnu politiku, jej princípy a dôležité parametre. Venujeme sa taktiež podnikovej sociálnej politike ako celku a realizujeme bližšiu analýzu najmä pracovných a životných podmienok zamestnancov a pracovných podmienok mladistvých zamestnancov.
