Training and Development of employees as competitive advantage

Anotace: The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual study that builds on the benefits of employee training and development to business. This article will showcase the structure and elements of employee training and development in human resource management and the subsequent demonstration of training and development research on employee and organizational outcomes. As organizations struggle to remain competitive in the global economy, employee training and development are receiving increasing attention. Employees are an important resource for an enterprise, and the quality of the organization is also dependent on the working conditions of the employees. As a result, the organization is investing heavily in staff training and development programs in order to increase staff professional knowledge and professional ability. This study assesses the impact of staff training and development on the organization and its overall performance.
