Corporate social policy

Abstract:

Annotation The aim of this final thesis is to look at the social policy, its principles and the important parameters. We dedicate also to the corporate social policy as a whole and we realize more detailed analysis mainly of working and living conditions of employees and analysis of working conditions of adolescent employees. Principles of safety and protection of health at work, which are a starting point and a way out at the developing of working conditions are also specified in the thesis. Responsibilities of representatives of the employees at the creating of working conditions in the cooperation with employers are given as practical examples of working and function of corporate social policy. Theory of influence of the corporate social policy, which is mentioned in the thesis is supported by laws, legislations and enactments of the Labour Code and there is a theory and examples of rights and obligations of employers, employees and employee representatives, too.

Abstract:

Anotácia Cieľom tejto záverečnej bakalárskej práce je pohľad na sociálnu politiku, jej princípy a dôležité parametre. Venujeme sa taktiež podnikovej sociálnej politike ako celku a realizujeme bližšiu analýzu najmä pracovných a životných podmienok zamestnancov a pracovných podmienok mladistvých zamestnancov. Pri tvorbe pracovných podmienok sa vychádza aj zo zásad bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci, ktoré sú v práci tiež špecifikované. Úlohy zástupcov zamestnancov pri tvorbe pracovných podmienok v spolupráci so zamestnávateľmi sú uvedené ako praktické príklady fungovania podnikovej sociálnej politiky. V práci je uvedená teória pôsobenia podnikovej sociálnej politiky podporená zákonmi a ustanoveniami Zákonníka práce i teória a príklady práv a povinností zamestnávateľov, zamestnancov a zástupcov zamestnancov.
