Tématem této bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s endokarditidou. Infekční endokarditida je zánětlivé onemocnění, které postihuje obě pohlaví ve stejné míře. Jedná se o jedno z nejzávaznějších onemocněni, které se vyskytuje ve všech věkových skupinách. Léčba je dlouhodobá, podávají se vysoké dávky antibiotik a při neúspěšné konzervativní léčbě se přistupuje ke kardiochirurgické …more
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is comprehensive nursing care for patient with endocarditis. Infectious endocarditis is an inflammatory disease that affects both sexes equally. It is one of the most serious diseases, which occurs in all age groups. The treatment is long-term, high doses of antibiotics are given, and if conservative treatment fails, cardiac surgery is used.
