Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na problematiku ocenění tržní hodnoty movitého majetku, konkrétně automobilu. V praktické části jsou vypracována dvě ocenění na tržních principech.Ocenění rodinného domu a skladovací haly. Obě nemovitosti se nacházejí ve městě Rumburk.
