Marketing plan of the Prometheus hotel

Abstract:

Menšíková, M. Marketingový plán hotelu Prometheus. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zlepšení vnitřního a vnějšího PR hotelu s využitím moderních informačních technologií. Hotel Prometheus nabízí služby v oblasti ubytování, pronájmu konferenčních místností, pořádání rodinných oslav a svateb. V literární části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti kategorizace ubytování, marketingu a internetového marketingu. V analytické části je popsán aktuální stav v oblasti vnitřního, vnějšího prostředí společnosti a využití aktuálních forem marketingové komunikace. Návrhová část obsahuje doporučení pro management a propagaci. Na závěr práce je uvedena tabulka s kalkulací nákladů, které plynou z provedených návrhů.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021 The bachelor thesis is focused on improving the internal and external PR of the hotel using modern information technologies. Hotel Prometheus offers services in accommodation, rental of conference rooms, family celebrations and weddings. The literary part of the bachelor thesis explains the basic concepts in the field of categorization of accommodation, marketing and internet marketing. The analytical part describes the current state in the field of internal and external environment of the company and the use of current forms of marketing communication. The design part contains recommendations for management and promotion. At the end of the work is a table with a calculation of costs that result from the proposals.
