Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Destinační společnosti a přesah administrativních hranic – případová studie Krkonoše a Český ráj“ se věnuje problematice administrativních hranic a jejich vlivu na destinační management v podmínkách České republiky. Práce nejdříve poskytuje přehled teoretických východisek destinačního managementu se zaměřením na faktor administrativních hranic, tedy na faktor ovlivňující spolupráci a efektivitu destinačního managementu. Dále jsou představeny jednotlivé turistické regiony a v nich působící destinační společnosti Krkonoše – svazek měst a obcí a Sdružení Český ráj, které byly vybrány pro potřeby případové studie. Závěrečná, stěžejní, část práce se zabývá identifikací konkrétních problémů a úskalí destinačních společností vyplývajících z přesahu administrativních hranic.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis “Destination management organizations and crossing administrative boundaries – Case Study Krkonoše and Český Ráj” deals with the issue of administrative boundaries and their impact on the destination management in the Czech Republic. The work first provides an overview of the theoretical bases of destination management with a focus on factor of administrative borders that implies a factor influencing cooperation and effectiveness of destination management. Furthermore, the individual tourist regions and their destination management organizations Krkonoše – Union of Towns and Boroughs and Bohemian Paradise Association, which were selected for the purpose of the case study, are introduced. The final and the main part of the thesis deals with the identification of specific problems of destination management organization resulting from the overlap of administrative boundaries.
