This thesis deals with the obligations arising through the employment relationship both from the employee and from the employer’s side. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou povinností vyplývajúcich z pracovného pomeru a to ako na strane zamestnanca, tak na strane zamestnávateľa. Vymedzuje základné pojmy a zasadzuje ich do rámca základných zásad pracovného práva a pracovne právnych vzťahov.
