Personal protection and privacy
Abstract:
Bachelor's work deals with the protection of the personality and its privacy policy. The first chapter is focused on theoretical definitions of personality. The second chapter describes the right to personality. The third chapter analyses the means of protection of personality. The fourth chapter approaches the protection of personality in the judicial practice of the specific examples.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ochranou osobnosti a jej súkromia. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie pojmov osobnostného práva. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje zásah do práva na ochranu osobnosti. Tretia kapitola analyzuje prostriedky ochrany osobnosti. Štvrtá kapitola približuje ochranu osobnosti v súdnej praxi na konkrétnych príkladoch.
