Recruitment Trends
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena jak na obyčejné způsoby, tak především na trendy v získávání zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky získávání zaměstnanců a jejich trendů provést analýzu ve firmě X a poté na základě analýzy navrhnout efektivnější řešení do budoucna.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on both common ways and especially on trends in recruiting employees. The aim of this work is based on the elaboration of the theoretical basis of the issue of recruitment and their trends to perform an analysis in the company X and then based on the analysis to propose a more effective solution for the future.
