The aim of this thesis is to illustrate question of regulation and supervision of financial institutions in European Union. The first chapter explains concept of a bank regulation and supervision, their content, the purpose and a foremost tasks. Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je priblížiť problematiku regulácie a dohľadu nad finančnými inštitúciami v rámci Európskej únie. Prvá kapitola vysvetľuje pojmy banková regulácia a dohľad, ich podstatu, obsah, cieľ a hlavné úlohy. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá legislatívnym rámcom v podmienkach EU a záverečná časť práce je venovaná vplyvu hospodárskej krízy na bankovú reguláciu a dohľad v EÚ.
