Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací pacientů po amputaci dolní končetiný. Prvni čast poskytuje obecné informace o amputacích. První část je dále rozdělena do dvou a obsahuje nejprve teoretické poznatky o pozadí, které umožňují nahlédnout do typů amputací a jejich příčin. Potom přejde do speciální části s léčbou amputací dolních končetin obecně s popisem metod fyzikální terapie a způsobů použití ve všech druzích amputací. Druhá část se skládá z kasuistiky, kde zkoumám a přispívám k léčbě pacienta, a proto se soustřeďuji na specifický typ amputace s konkrétním podkladem, následované závěr práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis concerns the rehabilitation of patients with lower limb amputations. The first part provides generalized information about amputations. The first part is further divided in two and contains firstly theoretical background knowledge to give an insight in types of amputations and their causes. Thereafter it goes over into a special part with treatment of lower limb amputations in general with description of physical therapy methods and modalities to use in all kind of amputations. Second part consists of a casuistic where I examine and contribute in the treatment of a patient and therefore concentrates on a specific type of amputation with a concrete underlying cause, followed by a conclusion of the work.
