Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby strategie pro vypraný podnikatelská subjekt. Nejprve je podnik a jeho okolí podrobeno detailní analýze a jsou zmapovány důležité faktory, které mají na úspěch jeho úspěch vliv. Zároveň jsou definovány silné a slabé stránky. This thesis focuses on problematic of developing strategy for selected company. Initially the author analyzes the company and its environment. The important factors of success are identified. At the same time the thesis defines strengths and weaknesses. After the analytical part author determines strategic goals for mid-term horizon.
