Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníků se službami Hotelu Šipka. Cílem práce je zvýšit spokojenost zákazníků a tím dosáhnout zvýšení návštěvnosti vybraného zařízení. Teoretická část charakterizuje ubytovací a stravovací služby v hotelovém zařízení, historii i současnost hotelnictví a popisuje odbornou terminologii. My bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of guest satisfaction together with the service offer in the Hotel Šipka. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to increase guest satisfaction which will lead to increased attendance in the selected facility.
