The difference in approach between women and men in top management and its impact on employees
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly v řízení mezi ženskými a mužskými manažery v organizacích. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány faktory ovlivňující tyto rozdíly, včetně popisu jednotlivých stylů řízení a motivace. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou odpovědí respondentů a na základě této analýzy jsou vypracovány návrhy pro manažery, jak efektivněji vést své týmy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the differences in management between female and male managers in organizations. The theoretical part analyzes the factors influencing these differences, including descriptions of various management styles and motivation.
