Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vonnými látkami a experimenty s nimi spojenými. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní poznatky o chemii vůní a jejich vnímání člověkem. Praktická část práce obsahuje v laboratoři ověřené experimenty, kterými lze vonné látky získat, a experimenty, ve kterých nachází vonné látky své využití (například jako vonné složky mýdel nebo krémů). The bachelor thesis deals with fragrances and experiments related to them. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the basic knowledge about the chemistry of fragrances and their perception by humans.
