Práce prezentuje základní informace o tom, co cloud computing je, a představuje jednotlivé technologie a distribuční modely. Shrnuje základní problémy, které jsou s cloud computingem spojeny. Uvádí náležitosti smlouvy a odpovědnostní vztahy.
