Exercises focused on selectedswimming style techniques in children of primary school age

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo určit nejčastější chyby v plaveckém způsobu kraul u dětí mladšího školního věku. Dílčím cílem bylo porovnat změny v plavecké technice děti u kterých byla provedena speciální cvičení s cílem korekce plavecké techniky a u dětí bez využití těchto cvičení. Před zahájením a po ukončení plaveckého výcviku byly pořízené video nahrávky plaveckých stylů jednotlivých dětí. Nahrávky byly zpracovány v programu Kinovea. Na základě získaných dat byly určeny nejčastější chyby, kterých se děti mladšího školního věku dopouští. Byly porovnány a zaznamenány změny v plavecké technice kraul v daných skupinách. Bylo zjištěno, že nejčastější chyba byla v provedení nádechu pomocí záklonu hlavy a ve špatné poloze těla. K největšímu progresu došlo v poloze těla ve skupině dětí s korekčním cvičením, ale i v druhé skupině, nicméně ne tak významnému. Výsledky budou využívány v dalším plaveckém výcviku v Plavecké škole v Bystřici nad Olší.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the most common mistakes in the swimming crawl method in children of younger school age. The partial goal was to compare changes in swimming technique for children who underwent special exercises with the aim of correcting swimming technique and for children without the use of these exercises. Before and after the swimming training, video recordings of the swimming styles of individual children were made. The recordings were processed in the Kinovea program. Based on the obtained data, the most common mistakes made by children of younger school age were determined. Changes in crawl swimming techniques in the given groups were compared and recorded. It was found that the most common mistake was in tilting the head and in the wrong body position. The greatest progress occurred in body position in the group of children with corrective exercise, but also in the second group, but not so important. The results will be used in further swimming training at the Swimming School in Bystřice nad Olší.
