Abstract:

NÁPRSTKOVÁ, Adéla. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s nehojící se pooperační ránou. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Dušan Sysel, PhD., MPH. Praha. 2021. 64 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s nehojící se pooperační ránou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o nehojících se ranách, jejíž incidence stále stoupá. Obsahem práce je klasifikace ran, proces hojení ran a faktorech, které je ovlivňují. Zaměřuje se také na péči o pooperační ránu a možných komplikacích s níž spojených. Shrnuje metody v léčbě nehojících se ran, kterých je celá řada, například vlhké hojení. Dále se práce zabývá specifickou ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta s nehojící se ránou. Konkrétně o nutriční stav pacienta, o jeho bolesti, převazech, dokumentaci ran a organizacích pro hojení ran. V neposlední řadě poté obecně ošetřovatelským procesem. Praktická část pojednává o ošetřovatelském procesu u konkrétního případu pacientky s nehojící se pooperační ránou, která byla léčena na chirurgickém oddělení. Obsahem praktické části je sběr informací o pacientce, ošetřovatelské diagnózy a stanovené ošetřovatelské cíle. Dále byl vytvořen plán ošetřovatelských intervencí, sepsána jejich realizace a zhodnocení cílů. Vytvořena jsou doporučení pro všeobecné sestry, pacienty a jejich blízké nejen při péči o nehojící se ránu.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the nursing process in a patient with non-healing postoperative wound. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is about non-healing postoperative wounds and whose incidence is still rising. This work contains wound classification, wound healing process and its affecting factors. It is focused on care for postoperative wounds and their possible complications. The thesis also summaries therapy methods on non-healing wounds which are very numerous, e.g. moist wound healing. This bachelor thesis is also focused on specified nursing care about patient with a non-healing wound, specifically on nutrition, pain, bandages, documentation wounds and organizations for healing wound and also the general nursing process. The practical part is about nursing process in the special patient with a non-healing postoperative wound, which was treated in a surgical department. The content of the practical part is information retrieval about patient, nursing diagnoses and determinant nursing goals. Furthermore, a plan has been created with nursing interventions, their realization and nursing goals evaluation were composed. Recommendations were created for nurses, patients and their families, not only for the case of caring for non-healing wounds.
