Zvýšená neregulérní migrace v roce 2015 odhalila nefunkčnost společného evropského azylového systému (CEAS), rozdíly mezi členskými státy a rozdílné přístupy k neregulérní migraci. Increased irregular migration in 2015 revealed the dysfunctionality of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS), the differences amongst Member States, and divergent approaches to irregular migration.
