Application of analyses lubricating oils in the tribotechnical diagnostics

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována možnosti využití vybraných instrumentálních metod (infračervené spektrometrie s Fourierovou transformací, analytické ferrografie a rastrovací elektronové mikroskopie) v tribotechnické diagnostice automobilů, motocyklů a kolejových hnacích vozidel v oblasti sledování opotřebení motorových olejů a jimi mazaných součástí. Byly analyzovány nové i opotřebené motorové oleje a byla hodnocena morfologie otěrových částic. Na základě interpretace experimentálních výsledků byla formulována doporučení pro jednotlivé provozovatele.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is devoted to posibility of use choiced instrumental methods of tribotechnical diagnostic (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry, analytical ferrography and scanning electron microscopy) in tribotechnical diagnostic of cars, motorcycles and railway motor vehicles. The work deals with a study of oil degradation and lubricated components failure. The new and used oils was analysed with classification of morphology attrition particles. For single users was formulated recommendation on the basis of experimental results interpretation.
