Abstract:

The goal of this master thesis "Business Plan" is to create a business plan for a newly emerging company engaged in production of bracelets and necklaces made of glass beads and their sale through an online store. The first part summarizes the theoretical background and proposes the process of creation and the appropriate structure of the business plan. In the second part of the thesis a concrete business plan is created by using the acquired knowledge. It contains an analysis of the environment, a description of the company and the determination of its goals. Besides that, there are also marketing, financial, organizational and implementation plan and risk assessment.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Podnikateľský plán“ je zostavenie podnikateľského plánu pre novovznikajúci podnik, ktorý sa bude zaoberať výrobou náramkov a náhrdelníkov zo sklenených korálok a ich predajom prostredníctvom internetového obchodu. Prvá časť sa zhŕňa teoretické východiská a navrhuje postup tvorby a vhodnú štruktúru podnikateľského plán. V druhej časti práce je vytvorený konkrétny podnikateľský plán využitím získaných poznatkov. Obsahuje analýzu prostredia, popis podniku a stanovenie jeho cieľov. Tiež sú vypracované marketingový, finančný, organizačný a realizačný plán a hodnotenie rizík.
