The Couples' Method Created by Kristina and Jan Černý: Description of method, theoretical background and experimental administration.

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o projektivní psychoterapeutické metodě Dvojice manželů Černých, která se zaměřuje na tématiku partnerství. Práce obsahuje podrobný popis metody a její administrace. V práci jsou zmíněny i další projektivní metody a podnětové materiály využívající projekci a metoda je s nimi srovnávána. V práci je popsán kontext vzniku metody a její historie. Dále je metoda Dvojice propojena s psychologickou teorií, a to především z oblastí hlubinné psychologie a analytické psychologie. Práce také obsahuje velké množství příkladů doplňujících teorii o konkrétní použití metody. Tyto příklady byly vypracovány na základě kazuistického materiálu poskytnutého autory metody a na základě experimentálních administrací, které probíhaly v souvislosti s diplomovou prací, a jejichž popis je také její součástí. Tato diplomová práce je prvním a aktuálně jediným odborným textem, který o metodě Dvojce pojednává a jeho hlavním smyslem je položit základ pro další rozšíření metody v aplikované psychologii a zároveň umožnit její kritické zkoumání.

Abstract:

This study is dealing with the projective psychotherapeutic method named Couples designed by Mr. and Mrs. Černy. This method is focused on the topic of partnership. In this work we can find a detailed describtion of the method and its administration. Other projective methods and incentive materials that are using projection are also mentioned and compared with the method. History and context of development are also introduced. Method Couples is interwoven with psychological practice especially in the field of analytical psychology. Many examples of practical use that are complementary to the theory are presented in the study, These exampkes were worked out on bases of case studies that were given by the author of the method. Experimental administrations were also used for the purpose of diploma work and their describtion is included as well. This diploma work is the first and only professional text which is dealing with method Couples and its main cause is to create bases for further use of the method in the applied psychology and to enable its critical exploration.
