Financial leasing and domestic tax reform

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Finanční leasing a tuzemská daňová reforma je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část obsahuje obecný pohled na leasing. Jeho definici, rozdělení leasingu, potenciální výhody a nevýhody leasingu. Větší zaměření je zde na kapitálový leasing a na jeho vybrané daňové a účetní aspekty. Druhá část je zaměřena na vývoj leasingu po tuzemské daňové reformě a na změny ve finančním leasingu, které reforma přinesla. Obsahem této části je i případová studie zaměřená na vliv změny doby daňového odepisování investičního majetku jak z pohledu nájemce tak pronajímatele.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s work Financial capital and domestic tax reform is devided into two parts. The first part includes a general view of the leasing. Its definition, division of leasing, potencial advantages and disadvantages of leasing. I concentrated on the financial leasing and its chosen tax and accounting aspects. The second part is oriented on the development of leasing after the domestic tax reform and changes in the financial leasing, which it brought. It also contains a case study, which concentrates on the effect of changes of the period of depreciation from the point of view of both the lease-holder and the lesee. The ration of net advantage of leasing as the instrument of valuation of this form of financing is also presented.
