Ileous conditions in pre-hospital and hospital care

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ileózních stavů v přednemocniční a nemocniční péči. Cílem práce je porovnat výskyt jednotlivých příznaků u různých typů střevní neprůchodnosti a následně srovnat zvolený typ způsob léčby. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou, která se zabývá obecnými informacemi a stavy, které mohou vést ke střevní neprůchodnosti, jaké jsou příčiny a příznaky nemoci a jsou zde popsány jednotlivé typy ileózních stavů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na jednotlivé typy ileózních stavů u sledovaných subjektů a na porovnání jednotlivých kazuistik pacientů, postupu při diagnostice, určení způsobu léčby a snášení celkového ileózního stavu daným nemocným. Závěrem bakalářské práce je shrnutí popisovaného problému střevní neprůchodnosti. Je zde rozebrán cíl práce a popsány obecná fakta o ileózních stavech. Dále je zde blíže nahlédnuto rizikové faktory onemocnění, příznaky a na diagnostické metody používané k rozpoznání střevní neprůchodnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ileal conditions in pre-hospital and hospital care. The aim of this thesis is to compare the occurece of individual symptoms in different types of intestinal obstruction and compare chosen way of tratment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with general information and conditions that can lead to intestinal obstruction, what are the causes and symptoms of the diseasse and various types of ileous conditions are described here. The practical part focuses on individual types of ileous conditions in the monitored subjects and on comparison of individual cases of patients, the procedure of diagnosis, determination of the method of treatment and toleration of ileous conditions by patients. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is a summary of described problem of intestinal obstruction. There is a breakdown of the aim of this thesis and a general description are described there. Furthermore there is a closer look at risk factors, symptoms and diagnostic methods used to detect intestinal obstruction.
