Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Informační mapa péče u klientky s abdominální gynekologickou operací." Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsáno onemocnění dělohy, diagnostika, operační léčba, komplikace operace, předoperační a pooperační péče, psychologie ženy a edukace. V praktické části jsou zpracovány tři kazuistiky klientek s abdominální hysterektomií. Dle kazuistik byl vytvořen ošetřovatelský plán a navržena mapa péče pro klientky s touto operací. Na závěr byl k informační mapě péče vytvořen manuál pro sestry.

Abstract:

The theme of my bachelor´s thesis is ,,Information map care for client with abdominal gynecology operation." It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, there is described the diseases of uterus, diagnosis, operation treatment, complications of operation, preoperative and postoperative care, psychology of woman and education. There are three case interpretations of clients with abdominal hysterectomy processed in practical part. A nursing plan and suggested map care for clients with this operation were created according to these case interpretations. In conclusion, there was a manual for nurses created to information map care.
