Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku šikany na pracovišti. Teoretická část sumarizuje základní pojmy a souvislosti tématu. This text focuses on the issue of bullying in the workplace. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts and context of the topic.
