Práce se zabývá refaktorizací nástroje pro syntézu parametrů PEPMC, který je součástí nástroje BioDiVinE 1.5 vyvíjeného v Laboratoři systémové biologie na Fakultě informatiky Masarykovy univerzity v Brně. The aim of this thesis is to refactor parameter synthesis tool PEPMC, which is a component of the tool BioDiVinE 1.5 developed as a part of a research at the Systems Biology Laboratory at the Faculty of Informatics of Masaryk University in Brno.
