Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na předpoklad budoucích trendů v letecké dopravě a spokojenost cestujících v rámci letecké přepravy mezi Ukrajinou a Českou republikou. Teoretická část popisuje historii a vývoj letectví a leteckého práva ve světě. Dále se zaměřuje na rozvoj letecké dopravy v každé zemi a historii vybraných leteckých společností. V praktické části je práce zaměřena na rozbor provozně-ekonomických ukazatelů konkrétních leteckých společností pomocí popisné analýzy. Zároveň se zaměřuje na důsledky pro letecké společnosti kvůli koronaviru, který velmi výrazně ovlivnil veškerou leteckou dopravu. Dále pomocí dotazníku bylo osloveno více než 200 respondentů pro získání dat o tom, co je pro cestující nejdůležitějším faktorem a jestli jsou spokojení s nabízenými lety a službami. Obdržené informace byly seskupeny podle jednotlivých témat a analyzovány pro plnění cílů práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assumption of future trends in air transport and passenger satisfaction between Ukraine and Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the history and development of aviation and aviation law in the world. It also focuses on the development of air transport in each country and the history of selected airlines. In the practical part, the work is focused on the analysis of operational and economic indicators of specific airlines using descriptive analysis. At the same time, it focuses on the consequences for airlines of the important factor coronavirus, which has had a very significant impact on all air traffic. In addition, more than 200 respondents were asked through a questionnaire to obtain data on what is most important for passengers when they traveling in this direction and whether they are satisfied with the flights and services offered. The information received was grouped according to individual topics and analyzed to meet the objectives of the work.
