Cílem práce bylo připravit otěruvzdorné ochranné vrstvy na polymerní materiály metodou plazmochemické depozice a stavovit optimální depoziční podmínky z hlediska mechanické stability vrstev. The goal of the present work was to prepare the protective coatings on polymer materials using PECVD methode a determine the optimal deposition conditions from the point of view thermomechanical stability. The main charakterisation methodes were micro and nano-indentation techniques, elipsometry, completed by surface studies using SEM and AFM.
