Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou správního řízení v působnosti katastrálních úřadů, zvláště pak z pohledu předchozí a současné (po 1. 1. 2014) právní úpravy. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku dopadu rekodifikace soukromého práva do správního řízení na úseku katastru nemovitostí. The diploma work deals with the analysis of administrative procedure in the competence of Land Registry, namely from the point of view of previous and contemporary (after January 1, 2014) legislation.
