Abstract:
Abstrakt Práce se zabývá popisem primární emise akcií prostřednictvím IPO v České republice. Práce uvádí důvody pro IPO, její výhody a nevýhody. Podrobněji jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze IPO. Tyto fáze jsou rozčleněny do dvou hlavních bloků, a to příprava a realizace IPO. Práce se věnuje také stanovení ceny v rámci IPO a též následnému obchodování po IPO. Abstract This bachelor thesis describes primary emission of stocks via IPO in the Czech Republic. It shows reasons for IPO, its advantages and disadvantages. Particular phases of IPO are described in detail. These phases are divided into two main parts namely preparing and realization of IPO.
