Destination quality of Brno and its surroundings in terms of visitor satisfaction

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality destinace Brno a okolí, a to na základě spokojenosti návštěvníka. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu realizovaného pomocí dotazníkového šetření v terénu zhodnotit kvalitu této destinace. Respondenty tohoto výzkumu byli návštěvníci, kteří hodnotili svou spokojenost s jednotlivými faktory destinace. Data získaná při tomto dotazníkovém šetření jsou zpracována statistickými metodami a na základě těchto výsledků jsou vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení v oblasti kvality, které mohou vést ke zvýšení kvality a konkurenceschopnosti destinace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the quality of the destination Brno and its surroundings, based on visitor satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the quality of this destination through quantitative research carried out by means of a questionnaire survey in the field. The respondents of this research were visitors who evaluated their satisfaction with various factors of the destination. The data obtained in this questionnaire survey are processed using statistical methods and, based on these results, suggestions and recommendations are made in the field of quality that can lead to an increase in the quality and competitiveness of the destination.
