Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou pozemních komunikací. Hlavní důraz je kladen především na rozlišení veřejně přístupné účelové komunikace a neveřejně přístupné účelové komunikace. This thesis deals with the legislation for various types of roads. The main emphasis is put on the distinction of private and public roads accessible and inaccessible to public. The first case deals with public roads within the public law while the second case comes within the opposite legal regulations, that is, the private law in the form of the private ownership of a road.
