Determinants of job satisfaction of workers in social services, depending on the type of workplace

Abstract:

Svou diplomovou práci zaměřuji na pracovní spokojenost pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem mé práce je zjistit pracovní spokojenost - nespokojenost a jejich nejvýznamnější strukturální aspekty. V teoretické části vymezuji pojem pracovní spokojenost - nespokojenost a pomocí odborné terminologie popisuji její determinanty, které podstatně ovlivňují úroveň pracovní spokojenosti a nespokojenosti pracovníků v sociálních službách. Závěr teoretické části zaměřuji na pracovní zátěž a metody vedoucí k zjištění, zmírnění nebo její odstranění. Ve výzkumné části identifikuji, kvantifikuji, analyzuji a interpretuji soubor nejvýznamnějších determinant pracovní spokojenosti a nespokojenosti respondentů z řad pracovníků v sociálních službách v závislosti na typu zařízení. V závěru navrhuji vhodná řešení ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti ve zkoumaných zařízeních.

Abstract:

My thesis aims at the job satisfaction of employees in social services. The main aim of this work is to determine job satisfaction - dissatisfaction and their most important structural aspects. In the theoretical part defines the concept of job satisfaction - dissatisfaction with medical terminology and describe the determinants that significantly influence the level of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction of workers in social services. Conclusion of the theoretical part aims at the workload and the methods lead to their detection, mitigation or removal. The research section identify, quantify, analyze and interpret the most important set of determinants of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction among respondents from social service workers, depending on the device type. In the conclusion I suggests appropriate solutions to increase job satisfaction of employees in social services.
