Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými nároky pojištěných a poškozených osob z povinného ručení, seznamuje čtenáře s podmínkami jejich uplatnění a rozsahem a výší těchto nároků. V souvislosti s tím je úvod práce věnován pojmu obecné odpovědnosti za škodu a předpokladům vzniku této odpovědnosti.
