Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout optimální způsob financování investičního záměru ve vybrané společnosti, a to pomocí bankovního úvěru nebo finančního leasingu. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to find the optimal way of financing the investment intent in the selected company by using bank credit or financial leasing. The work is divided into two parts.
