The current transformation of National Gallery Prague to on-line mode

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce cílí na zmapování a zhodnocení současného přesunu Národní galerie Praha do on-line prostředí, který byl akcelerován kvůli pandemii Covid-19. Práce se zaměřuje kromě samotné programové a komunikační strategie Národní galerie během pan-demie, také na srovnávání s jinými muzejními a galerijními institucemi, a to jak domácími, tak zahraničními. Národní galerii jsem si vybral kvůli tomu, že by to měla být nejprestižnější instituce zabývající se výtvarným uměním v České republice. Avšak Národní galerie v současné době prochází krizemi. Jak krizí způsobenou pandemií Covid-19, tak krizí institucionální, která začala odvoláním ředitele Jiřího Fajta. Krize pokračovala diskutabilním výběrovým řízením na nového ředitele, ve kterém post získala druhá v pořadí, navzdory doporučením poradní komise ministra kultury.

Abstract:

This bachelor's work is getting at mapping and evaluation of a contemporary transfer of the National Gallery Prague into the on-line environment, which was accelerationed due to the pandemic of covid-19. The work specializes as in the policy of programme, so the co-munication of the National Gallery during the pandemic and also in a comparison with the other muzeum's and gallery's establishment, as internal so foreign. I chose the National Gallery because it could be the high-prestige institution in the Czech Republic, which is concerned with the fine art. But the National Gallery is currently going through the crisis. As through the crisis which was caused by covid-19, so the institu-cional crisis which started with the recall of the director Jiří Fajt. The crisis gets on with the arguable open competition for a new director, in which the second in placings obtained the position, regardless of the suggestion of the consultative board of the minister of culture.
