Abstract:
Dizertační práce prokázala, že v diagnostice kožních karcinomů nestačí jen rozlišení na spinocelulární a bazocelulární typ nádoru, neboť v obou skupinách existují nádory vysokého i nízkého rizika pro recidivu nemoci, což je nutno zohlednit při výběru léčby a charakteru dispenzarizace. Based on analysis of own set of patients, the presented work has proved that in diagnostics of skin carcinomas it is not sufficient to differentiate between the squamous cell and basal cell type of tumour as in both groups there are tumours with both high and low risk potential for recurrence. which must be taken into account when selecting the therapy and character of follow up.
