An effective process of managing corporate purchasing in a small and medium-sized enterprise

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat významem procesu řízení firemního nákupu v malém a středním podniku. V první části BP bude popsána podstata zásobovaní, uvedení do problematiky tohoto procesu. V druhé části, představen analyzovaný podnik, analyzovány procesy nákupu a identifikovaný problémy. Navržena budou řešení a efektivní metody zásobování. Cílem práce bude na zaklade analýz procesů spojených s řízením finančního nákupu navrhnout nejefektivnější metody řízení firemního nákupu, identifikovat výhody a nevýhody.

Abstract:

This work will deal with the importance of the process of corporate purchasing management in small and medium-sized enterprise. In the first part of work will be described the nature of supply, introduction to the problems of this process. In the second part, the analyzed company is introduced, the processes of purchasing and the identified problems are analyzed. Solutions and efficient supply methods will be designed. The aim of this work will be based on analyzes of processes connected with financial purchasing management to propose the most effective methods of corporate purchasing management, identify advantages and disadvantages.
