Abstract:

Za posledních pět let proběhly na realitním trhu značné změny. Po začátku koronavirové pandemie, která původně vyvolala růst na realitním trhu, se v roce 2022 situace radikálně změnila v úpadek, který byl ovlivněn čtyřmi hlavními faktory: dohrou koronavirových opatření, válkou na Ukrajině, energetickou a ekonomickou krizí. Tyto faktory přinesly výzvy pro realitní kanceláře, které se nyní musí vypořádat s těmito obtížemi a čelit jim.Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou strategii a nástroje pro její tvorbu. Na základě získaných informací o aktuální situaci na realitním trhu prostřednictvím expertních rozhovorů a rešerší byla provedena analýza vnějšího a vnitřního podnikatelského prostředí vybrané realitní kanceláře. Pomocí získaných informací byla formulována doporučení, která mají za cíl zlepšit marketingovou strategii vybrané realitní kanceláře a reflektovat aktuální situaci na realitním trhu.

Abstract:

Over the last five years, the real estate market has undergone significant changes. After the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, which initially triggered growth in the real estate market, the situation changed radically in 2022 and a downturn occurred, which was influenced by four main factors: coronavirus pandemic, the war in Ukraine, energy crisis and the economic crisis. These factors have brought challenges for real estate agencies, who now must deal with these difficulties.This bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing strategy and the tools for its creation. Based on the information gathered about the current situation in the real estate market and through expert interviews and research, an analysis of the external and internal business environment of the selected real estate agency was conducted. Using the information obtained, recommendations were formulated to improve the marketing strategy of the selected real estate agency to reflect the current situation in the real estate market.
