Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů podnikatelského subjektu v období roků 2012 - 2014. V průběhu zpracování diplomové práce byly aplikovány vybrané metody kalkulací, finanční a strategické analýzy, identifikovány silné a slabé stránky společnosti a navrhnuta řešení problémových oblastí řízení nákladů společnosti. The thesis is concerned with the cost of the business entity in the years 2012 - 2014. During the processing of the thesis are applied methods of calculation, financial and strategic analysis. There are formulated proposals to address current problems which should result in the improvement of cost management company.
