Consumer behaviour in the electronics market

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá chováním spotřebitele na trhu s elektronikou, konkrétně elektronickými přenosnými zařízeními v kategorii notebooky. Za pomoci orientační analýzy zkoumající aktuální stav na trhu s elektronikou, dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty jsou identifikovány faktory, které spotřebitele ovlivňují při výběru notebooku. Na základě výsledků z provedeného marketingového výzkumu, který zahrnuje výše uvedené metody jsou navržena opatření, která by mohla firmám působícím v dané oblasti pomoci vylepšit a zvýšit efektivnost jejich marketingové komunikace při prodeji notebooků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the consumer behaviour in the electronics market, specifically electronic portable devices in the category of laptops. With the help of an orientation analysis examining the current state of the electronics market, a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with selected respondents, the factors that influence consumers when choosing a laptop are identified. Based on the results of marketing research, which includes the methods mentioned above, measures that could help to improve and increase the effectiveness of marketing communication of the companies operating in the category of laptops are proposed.
