Professional aspiration of youth in institutional and family education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Profesní aspirace mládeže v ústavní a rodinné výchově" se zabývá problematikou profesní aspirace. Cílem práce je komparace profesních aspirací u mladistvých ve věku od patnácti do osmnácti let věku z výchovných ústavů a mladistvých žijících v rodinném prostředí. Teoretická část se zaobírá profesní aspirací, hodnotovou orientací a problematikou ústavní výchovy. Praktickou část tvoří výsledky dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na oblast profesní aspirace a hodnotového zaměření u mládeže v ústavní a rodinné výchově. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit a nalézt odlišnosti v profesní aspiraci a hodnotovém zaměření u vybraných skupin respondentů. Pro statistické vyhodnocení dat získaných nestandardizovaným dotazníkovým šetřením bylo využito příslušného typu t-testu pro komparaci aritmetických průměrů dvou nezávislých výběrů dat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Professional aspiration of youth in institutional and family education" will deal with problematice of professional aspiration. The aim of this work will be comparison of professional aspiration of youth aged from fifteen to eighteen years from the institutional care and youth who lives in their families. The theoretical part will be concerned to a professional aspiration, value orientation and problematice of an institutional care. The empirical part will form the results of the questionnaire survey focused on the professional aspiration and value orientation of youth in institutional and family education. The aim of this research will be to find out differences in the professional aspiration and the value orientation between selected groups of respondents. Based on this research there will be formulated conclusions and reccomendations for practice of social pedagogy or help proffesions. For statistical evaluation of data obtained by a standardized questionnaire survey, the appropriate type of t-test was used to compare the arithmetic means of two independent data selections.
